This tool allows you to adjust prices according to the length of stay. Increase the price for a shorter stay and reduce the price for a longer stay.
Take advantage of this smart tool that increases your overall income by reducing the number of unsold days, i.e. avoid days that do not generate income by promoting longer stays, when even a discount on a longer stay earns more.
Moreover, take advantage of the fact that longer stays reduce the number of arrivals of guests, which directly reduces the cost of renting on an annual basis.
Setting prices according to the number of guests
This tool allows you to adjust prices according to the number of persons. You can set different policies for each period of the season, regardless of the length of stay.
Set the fixed nightly price regardless of the number of people in the high season, and set the nightly price depending on the number of persons in a low season to make your property more competitive.
This solution surely optimizes your revenue efficiently across all booking channels.
MULTI UNIT MANAGEMENT
The advantage of this solution is managing the content and booking conditions of property units as one.
If having multiple same type units you will not be obliged to set each unit separately, it will be configured in the system one time, and it will be booked depending on the number of units available.
Upload images, descriptions, prices, restrictions, etc. one time only, and the system will automatically apply all characteristics to all active booking channels.

MULTI CHANNELS MANAGEMENT
Booker Tools features the possibility to equalized sales prices on all booking channels, regardless of their commission fee.
You can define at what price you want to enter the market regardless of the channel’s sales policies, thus achieving equal competitiveness on the market.
Furthermore, you can set the most attractive promotions of specific channels, without reducing the competitiveness of others, as the promoted price will be equalized on all booking channels.
Also you may decide to prefer only one booking channel (e.g. your own website) with a reduced price as a part of a #bookdirect benefit for guests.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
Reservations can be sorted out according to sales period or the following parameters:
Configure payment settings according to your preferences. Set up pre-authorization standards, as well as payments depending on your cancellation policies and additional rules.
Booker Tools can do the automatic payment via credit card upon completing the reservation on connected booking channels, including your website as well.
Booker Tools provides safe and secure operations of credit card transactions by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which sets the requirements for organizations and sellers to safely and securely accept, store, process, and transmit cardholder data during credit card transactions to prevent fraud and data breaches.
Furthermore, as a Property Manager you can send a reminder for the next day’s arrival to make sure both sides, homeowners and guests, are both well informed regarding check in details with a goal of avoiding any complications and to have smooth check-in.
Send the guests initial satisfaction questionnaire after they check-in so you can make sure everything is going well and to offer them local excursions, and/or send them just before or after check-out complete satisfaction questionnaire where you can recommend submitting a rating to your website, social media channels, and/or Google.
EMAIL TEMPLATES
Booker Tools allows you to create automated and personalized email templates that will be sent to your future guests. Furthermore, you can create the template that will automatically be sent upon a new reservation, modification, or cancellation (e.g., welcoming guests, family members, payment instructions, etc.)
Sending templates can be configured according to the defined number of days before the check-in date, as well as after the check out of your guest.
You can configure in Booker Tools that 5 days before the arrival and/or 1 day before the arrival the message is being sent to your guest regarding the arrival time, instructions for efficient and fast check-in, destination offer (excursions, transfers, tours, additional services), etc.

Booker Tools will provide you with monthly calculations containing all reservations from the previous month with all details. Easy to use solutions will provide you with a complete overview of the previous month.

If you have receivables for selected reservations, our solution will save your time searching for those.
We are integrated with the “HoloERP” system, which provides creating invoices and sending them directly to debtors. Integration with other systems is available upon request.
