HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT
According to Article 6 of the Act on Provision of Tourism Services and Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform service users that a written complaint to the quality of contracted services can be submitted:

via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
directly to Direct Booker branch
Acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint will be sent to you without delay in writing. The response to the complaint will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint.
