Sales Manager

Automatic price adjustment

There is no need to spend time calculating the price every day! Set the initial sales prices and the system will automatically modify the sales price according to the sales parameters.

Automatic restrictions modification

Forget about controlling and monitoring each particular restriction, such as a minimum stay in the accommodation unit. The system will automatically respond and regulate the minimum stay for dates that are free according to predefined conditions instead of you.

Automatic payments

Possibility of automatic payment by credit card while completing reservation is possible through connected booking channels, as well as directly on your website.

Set your own payment rules, whether you prefer to complete card pre-authorization or direct charge, depending on your individual cancellation policies and other additional rules.

System is currently integrated with Monri Payments, WSPay systems…

E-mail templates

Create automated and personalized e-mail templates that will be sent by you to future guests, and others listed in the contact list at the moment of a new booking, change, or cancellation (e.g., welcoming guests, family members, payment instructions, etc.)

Personalize and automate communication * dynamically, i.e. send different e-mail templates depending on the number of days until the arrival of a guest or after the arrival of a guest.

For example, 5 days before and/or 1 day before arrival ask for the time of arrival to better organize yourself on the arrival day, send instructions for efficient and fast check-in, send a destination offer (excursions, transfers, tours, additional services), etc. Furthermore, you or a person receiving guests will be able to send a reminder for next day arrival, etc. to make communication with guests more smooth, avoiding any complications.

Check the satisfaction of your guests by sending them an e-mail after check-in, so you can keep under control their current needs or upcoming plans regarding excursions, etc. It is recommendable to submit a rating request to your site, social media channels, and / or Google.

Guest interface

Manage personalized automation of communication with guests, as well as automation of sales of ancillary services.

Provide your guests with a personal “corner” where they will announce a time of arrival, get acquainted with the details of the reservation, check-in details, house rules and book transfers, excursions, etc.

With Guest Interface tool, you enable the realization of additional income from ancillary services, but also raise the perception of your service to a higher level.


The Guest Interface tool was developed for the needs of Direct Booker,  but it will be soon available for all users of Booker Tools technology as well.

 

Monthly settlements

Automatically created monthly invoices contain reservations of the previous month with a detailed review of financial and other details, which easily provides you (and the owner of property if desired) with a complete picture of the past month.

The calculation is created in two parts:

  • Reservations for which you have no receivables
  • Reservations for which you have receivables

If you have your own receivables for certain reservations, the automatic monthly calculation will save you a lot of time.

Booker Tools is integrated with the “HoloERP” system, which enables you to automatically create invoices for these receivables and send them to debtors. Integration with other systems is available on request.
